VIRTUAL FITNESS CAMP
all started when…
Sitting at home with my wife watching our four daughters set up a “fitness” obstacle course in our front yard. While laughing and smiling, they took turns setting up a station, teaching it and then running each other through it. Why not offer a movement class through Zoom so that other families have the same opportunity?
What does the virtual camp offer?

An outlet for your children to move and expend energy
The opportunity to still experience a camp from the safety of your home
The chance to work with a world-class sports performance coach
A chance to grow our fitness community and build friendships
