Meet Rob Livingstone
Rob Livingstone is the Asst. AD of Sports Performance at Merrimack College, with over 27 years of strength and conditioning experience. Over his coaching career, Rob has trained 1000s of athletes, including numerous Olympic and professional athletes. He has also trained five, 1st round MLB draft picks and two, 1st round NBA draft picks and numerous NFL players. Coach Livingstone has a diverse training background. In addition to his work with collegiate and professional athletes, he has trained elementary, middle and high school student-athletes as well as adults. Coach Livingstone has been a strength and conditioning coach for Jacksonville State University, Philadelphia Phillies Organization, Jacksonville University, University of Georgia, Norcross High School and Williams College. Rob graduated from Jacksonville State University with an Undergraduate degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition, and a Master’s degree in Physical Education. He also played collegiate baseball at Southern Union State Community College and Jacksonville State University. Rob is currently certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches Association. He was recently named Master Strength and Conditioning Coach by the CSCCa and Mental Health First Aid certified.
