This program is for any child (age 7-11) who wants to learn more about exercise, goal-setting, and what it's like to be part of a team.
We will discuss and learn how to prepare for, as well as overcome obstacles in a practical, fun, and safe-environment under the supervision of trained professionals. We strive to improve motor-skills and teach children the FUNdamentals of movement while introducing them to safe training techniques that build foundational strength, speed, and coordination.
FitKIDZ focuses on a holistic approach to training using experiential learning techniques to strengthen physical skills as well as the psycho-social skills kids need to lead a healthy and happy life. FitKIDZ is suitable for all ability levels.
