Testimonials
“Coach Livingstone has empowered me to lead and helped ground me in the principles of hard work, integrity, and discipline. I always enjoyed getting to talk with him as he was so willing to give his time and effort to help me. During my 2nd year in college, I was unsure what I wanted to do with my life and called Coach Livingstone. This phone call changed my life. He inspired me, built me up, and gave me the confidence to step into this amazing field! He has helped me navigate the road map of this profession. He has been a mentor of mine ever since that year in 2012 and has been like a second father to me and has been one of the strongest voices in my life to help shape me in my career as a strength coach. I have greatly benefited from his straight forward approach, his desire to grow people skills and develop strong systems, and most of all his friendship and mentorship. Thank you Coach Livingstone for all you have done in my life.”

Coach Livingstone wasn’t only my high school strength coach from many years ago, he is my mentor in the field of strength and conditioning. He is the reason I got into the profession and his guidance has been instrumental in my development. A lot of athletes from my high school (and everywhere else he’s been) accredit their success to Coach, and I also extend that credit to today. I know first hand the good work he is doing for his current/former athletes. Coach goes out of his way to ensure that I am developing not only as a coach, but also as a leader and human. I am very grateful for him to be my mentor and good friend.
